Published rates are final prices, including HomesBa's fees. Once you choosed an apartment, we check the availability with the owner and we reply your mail.

Reservations are confirmed with a 20% deposit of the total amount. It must be sent via Western Union. Please, take notice that reservations are not refunded if cancelled before 30 days or less.

When you arrive to the chosen apartment, a member of our company will receive you, as well as the owner of the property. At that moment you´ll sign the contract and the inventory, and you pay the total amount including the damage deposit.

Use of the apartment by people outside those agreed, will cancel the contract without any refund.

When you leave, the property owner will be there to return you the damage deposit after checking if there is anything damaged according to the inventory, and in that case it will be discounted.

Apartments can be rented for a minimum stay of one week. Some have minimum rental periods of one or more months. Once you are in you might want to stay further on, beyond the expiring date. In that case you must call us at once or you risk the apartment could be rented to somebody else. If this was the case, we will find you a new apartment.

Check in time is at 2:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM. But we are flexible in case the apartment is not occupied , or if it won´t be occupied when you leave. However, if this was the case, these hours must be respected.
